I guess because in attendance had to be an arbitrary cut rotten. And all the information I can find say you have to be at lowest 17 to donate. I think it's great that you're responsible and want to lend a hand.
because supposedly, u don't have satisfactory blood in your system to donate and there's a higher indiscriminate of you fainting etc. while giving blood. And there's also the integral minority thing, ur not official yet so you'lljust enjoy to wait. Its pious that your trying to donate...theres still time :)
