Would it work if we cut the pay of Doctors, and give a portion of it to the nurses, and nurses aids?

hey nurses is just a support function, we should have 5 nurses for one doctor. so their earnings whatever they are getting is sufficient. as it is nobody is interested to become a nurse adopt the patrician profession.
