The American Medical Association discourages physicians from having any involvedment within sanctioned death cost. This is a great question that most of us chortle about. There's no irrefutable or medical answer for why this is. The person doing the injection have probably been trained to insert IV's using a sterile technique so that the governing boards of institutions where on earth lethal injection is used enjoy ratified this as their standard protocol. It make no sense, it's just how it's done. Physicians simply are discouraged from participating contained by any legally sanctioned bloodbath.
