Ok, the closest one the I found was Delsym which is and oral soft (suspension) for cough. It has 30mg of Dextromethorphan per respectively teaspoon (5ml). This is from the US, just surrounded by case. You don't obligation a prescription for it. But I couldn't find Delzim. Hope this helps.
