my hands are shaking simply if i hold them up but its not like a swift shake , just looks approaching my fingers are moving slowly . but if i rest it then its fine . is this a sign of parkinsons deasese ?
I'm not an M.D., but from what I take to mean if you're under 40 it's probably not Parkinson's. There are plentifully of things that cause tremors, and they breadth from completely harmless to a serious problem. At this point I wouldn't be worried, but it sounds approaching you should check with your doctor to be sure. If he think there's a problem, he may decide to refer you to a Neurologist. Parkinson's tremor have a frequency of about 5 Hz (5 per second), which sounds highly developed than what you are describing. I don't think even a Neurologist could describe you what your problem (if there even is one) might be in need seeing you personally. By the channel, things such as medications can also do tremors. Anyway, give your doctor a call--hopefully it's nought.
Oh, I am a biomedical scientist, and I do have a tremor. It's lone there nearly 1% of the time but it's pretty noticeable. My doctor think it's due to a medication and is not concerned.
